Easter Celebration!

It has been way too long since I have blogged. I have been busy with my new calling as Enrichment leader but I am going to try to better about blogging.

We started celebrating Easter early with coloring eggs and an egg hunt the FHE before Easter. We added oil to the dye for the eggs and it made a marble effect. The eggs looked cool but were a little slippery. Talia and Tucker had a great time coloring eggs and doing the egg hunt. Easter morning started bright and early even though church didn't start until 11:30. Tucker ate most of this candy from the Easter bunny by the end of the morning as usual and Talia just barely ate her chocolate bunny this last weekend (middle of May). Grandma Rae and Grandpa Lee also sent Easter's treats for the kids which included Easter grass. Easter grass isn't my favorite thing to put it lightly but it sure looked cute as curly green hair (be sure to look at the last picture). I had to go to church early for Choir practice so Trent was the photographer Easter morning and did a great job. I love Easter and I am so grateful for my Savior and his Atoning sacrifice for me.
