The day after Christmas we flew to Washington very EARLY in the morning. We left our house at 4:00 a.m. We flew into Richland about 9:30 and it was a very busy day. We had Jeppson Family Pictures that afternoon at a park in Pasco. It was chilly but the lighting was good. It was our Christmas present to Trent's parents and I think they really liked it. We got some really nice family group pictures and individual family pictures as well.
The highlights of our time in Richland were just spending time with our family. Talia and Tucker love playing with their cousins and we don't get enough time with them. We were able to see all of Trent's sisters and their families even if it was for a short time. We played games, played at the park in the cold, played the Wii and many more fun activities. We were in Richland for New Years Eve and had a fun party which included a chocolate fountain and games. YUM!
The highlight of our time Washington was spending time with family. It was a smaller group with very few of my siblings there. We missed having everyone there but it was nice to have more time with grandma and grandpa. We so glad that Stephanie and Betsy were there with their kids. Talia and Tucker love playing with Ella, Tanner and Liam. Talia and Tucker were able to make nativity scenes with graham crackers and candy. Tucker's didn't last too long after it was built. Another highlight was riding a mattress down the stairs. We were able to get going pretty fast. My sisters and I even tried it a few times. There were also many rides on the four wheeler as usual. Grandma, Tucker, Talia and I were able to go watch the movie We Bought a Zoo and really enjoyed it.
Our time in Washington went by way too fast. We always cherish our time with family. It was a perfect ending to our Christmas Vacation. Thanks for a great visit.
