New Dining Room Chairs!

I have been checking out some of the blog links on my sister, Betsy's blog. I was inspired and decided to recover my dining room chairs. We bought our dining set at least 6 years ago. When we first got them we covered the fabric seats with plastic because I had a 1 and 3 year old and there is no explanation needed.

JoAnns had a great sale on their home decorating fabrics a couple of weeks ago and I found one I liked. After a little bit of hard work the chairs turned out great and it was almost like getting new furniture. Since my kids are now 7 and 9 I thought it would be safe enough to not cover them with plastic. A few days after the chairs were done my dear Tucker of course spilled berry compote on one of the chairs. He now has his own chair and will always be sitting in that specific chair. I am just going to go and buy a little bit of extra fabric in case I need to recover a chair sooner then later.
