December Happenings

December was a busy and fun month.  

-An elf came to visit and was quite naughty some nights.  Talia and Tucker were excited to see what he had done each night.  

-Instead of building a gingerbread house Talia and Tucker made a rice krispie train and it turned out cute and tasted great.  It was also a lot easier to make then gingerbread houses.  This might be a new tradition.  

-Talia performed in a piano recital and did a beautiful job!  I love hearing her play the piano and all her hard work is paying off!  

- The youth went to see the lights at the LA Temple and it was so beautiful!!  It was a fun and spiritual night.  We were able to go to the visitor center and walk around the temple grounds.  

- The week before Christmas we went to the Children's Science Center with some friends and had a great time.  This was our first time and Talia and Tucker had a great time.  There were several fun exhibits.  

- We were able to go to the BYU vs. San Diego bowl game in San Diego and it was an eventful game. The defense won the game for BYU which made the night a lot more fun.  It was a great and memorable night.  We were so excited to be able to go the BYU game and have it be so close.  There were a lot of BYU fans at the game and that was fun to see.
