Double Digits! Talia Turns Ten!

I am WAY BEHIND in blogging. May was a busy month for us. We are never too busy for a birthday celebration. Talia had a bowling/pizza party the Friday before her birthday. She invited 7 friends and they all came. Tucker even got to invite a friend and it worked out great. The bumpers were up which was a good thing because there would have been a lot of gutter balls. I wished that Wii bowling skills transferred to real bowling skills. We made her birthday cake for her party and she picked one off of Family Fun and helped with the decorating. It turned out great. It was a homemade chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting. Her friends spoiled her and then she had a sleepover with one of her friends. 1 was much more manageble than 6!

Talia's actual birthday was on Tuesday, May 11th. She turned the big 10. I can't believe that I have a daughter that is double digits. I need her to stop growing up. She is big enough now. She had a great birthday. She went to school and swimming practice on her birthday. We took cookies to swimming to share with her swim team. After swim practice we went to In N Out Burger and she got a chocolate shake! Tucker loved her restaurant choice! Talia got a new bike, alarm clock with Ipod Player, a flower arrangement, a cute watch and apron. We love Talia so much and can't imagine life without her. She is so beautiful, kind and helpful (most of the time). She is fun loving and adventurous. Talia is intelligent and hard working. She is a good example and brings so much joy to our family. Happy Belated Birthday Talia! We love you and can't imagine life without you!
