After much begging and pleading from our children, Trent and I bought a puppy on Tuesday. We have been looking at breeds that are allergy friendly and found a cute little yorky apso mix. He is very cute and adorable. His name is Tate and the kids picked out his name from many suggestions. He has done very well on the potty training and sleeps well at night. It is like having a baby in the house again and Talia and Tucker LOVE playing with him. I am reading lots of dog training books so that hopefully we can train him well. Wish us luck.

Oh my gosh! He is SO cute! I bet the kids are just loving it. What was my mom's reaction? Good luck with getting him trained. Congrats on the new addition!

He is really cute! Don't tell my kids, they are dying for a pet and we haven't relented yet. Is he coming to mom's for Christmas too?

What a small world. that is so funny that Brandon is your cousin. I didn't even put two and two together I know that you are in the Allen family. Too funny. So a new puppy. My boys keep telling me they need to get one, but the yards here are postage stamps and it would not be nice to keep a dog locked up in such a small space. Maybe when we get a large yard someday. The dog is so cute. I don't know when we will be up in Oregon , but I will let you know so we can come see you. We did not get up there this year.
Oh my goodness. Your puppy is absolutely darling!!! I don't think my beagle Jersey ever looked quite so innocent :) What a great addition to your family.
